Named Storm & Hurricane Ride-Out Service
Starting at $2,000/storm eventWhen a named storm threatens the Tampa Bay area, the last thing a luxury condo owner should be managing from a distance is the safety and preparation of their residence. Our Hurricane Ride-Out Service places Résidence St. Petersburg on the ground before, during, and after the storm.
Before the storm. We secure all balcony furniture and loose exterior items, close hurricane shutters or storm panels, confirm all windows and sliding doors are fully sealed, unplug major electronics, adjust the thermostat to minimize humidity buildup, and photograph the full interior and exterior condition of the unit as a documented pre-storm baseline for insurance purposes.
During the storm. We maintain regular communication with you throughout the event, updating you on local conditions, storm progression, and the status of your building.
After the storm. We conduct a full post-storm inspection within 24 hours of safe building access.
